Q: What do I need to wear for the trip?
A: We recommend that you check the weather a few days before your trip. The weather on the ocean can change quickly. Please bring clothes to keep you warm for the cool mornings. As the afternoon cools, you can shed your layered clothes or change in the state room.
Q: What items should I bring with me on the trip?
A: A few things to add to your item list include: for fishing, we recommend deck boots, if you don’t have deck boots, please be sure to bring non-skid footwear as the deck can be damp. Be sure to bring sunblock, a hat, sunglasses, your waiver form (signed), Drivers License, Fishing License, seasickness medicine, and a camera.
Q: When do I take my seasickness medication?
A: It is recommended that you take motion sickness medication a few hours before your trip. However, some people can have side effects of drowsiness and dizziness a few hours after taking the medication. For this reason, many people will take the medication the evening before leaving on their trip to become acclimated to the medication and get a good sleep.
