Left the dock on Monday at noon. We planned to head up the line and catch squid. We arrived at the grounds around 5pm and proceeded to plug the tank with large squid. We enjoyed a nice carne asada dinner and spent the night on the hook.

The next morning, we started at 4am with a couple of unproductive drifts. We decided to pack up and run up the line a little farther where we had a great day of rockfishing. We ended up with limits of beautiful quality rockfish consisting of mainly reds and coppers to go along with our 3 lingcod for the day. As always, it was a great day on the water
